  Horrible. Nurses acted loud & abnoxious. Asked questions about my income, which I felt was irrelevant. Top it off, they didn't have the pregnancy T-Dap shot for my wife cause they "barely" use it. They should have regardless for occasions like this.

  Terrible service, my appontment was at 10:30AM finally at 11:30PM i asked how much longer the wait would be, the receptionsit said there was one more person ahead of me. I questioned this answer because all of the people who were there when i arrived initially were already out of the office. Then I found out that they have several different doctors that arent there on a regular basis but they are there occasionally. Kind of like out of work doctors that do not work at a regular practice (fillers) if you will. After I left I called back to voice my concern to one of the supervisors/managers and ofcourse like any supervisor she mentioned she was "terribly" sorry and she would try and accomodate me but not today, it had to be another day although today was my only day off from work, or she could send me all the way to Mecca if they have and opening for today. Really! I walked out 5 minutes before I called you to express my concern and all of a sudden you cannot see me today anymore. Total crap! I have a PPO insurance and I chose to go to a small clinic and not my primary because I thought it would be faster but to my surprise since these clinics are so poorly run and the employees poorly trained I made a mistake. I will never go back to this place again. PS If you have an upset customer leave ur facility, call him and see if there is anything you can do to help. Don't just erase his appointment and let him leave upset. Maybe there was something you couldve done to save an upset and ill customer, but you chose not to!
